Join us on Friday, October 3, as we celebrate 25 years of Blue Jackets hockey with a special anniversary concert headlined by the platinum-certified band, O.A.R., which has deep ties to Columbus and the Blue Jackets. This special event, taking place in the outdoor amphitheater at Kemba Live!, will be a night to remember for fans of all ages.

On Sunday, October 5, O.A.R. will host their Crazy Game of Hockey at the OhioHealth Ice Haus. Watch celebrities from music and entertainment, NHL athletes – several former Blue Jackets including Rick Nash, Jody Shelley, R.J. Umberger and more – and trick shot pioneers face off on the ice for a great cause. Doors are schedule to open at 12:30 p.m. with the puck dropping at 1:30 p.m.

This is a game of hockey like no other and is perfect for fans of all ages. The event will also include fan activities, in-game entertainment and performances with proceeds benefitting The John and Matthew Gaudreau Foundation.

O.A.R. forged roots in Columbus while attending The Ohio State University from 1997-2001 before setting out on the national stage taking them from the Newport Music Hall all the way to Madison Square Garden and everywhere in between.

The band will celebrate their own 30 year milestone in 2026 with new music, a nationwide headlining tour, and documentary film from acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Michael Haluwana.
