Marchand Crosby MacKinnon Cup

Brad Marchand and the Stanley Cup brought together Nova Scotia’s biggest stars on Wednesday.

The Florida Panthers forward celebrated with Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon during his day with the Cup in his hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Marchand’s wife, Katrina, shared a picture of her husband, Crosby and MacKinnon standing around the Cup together with friends.

The three Nova Scotia natives helped Canada win the 4 Nations Face-Off in February.

In another picture shared by MacKinnon to his Instagram story, the Colorado Avalanche forward and Pittsburgh Penguins captain sported “BM63” hats alongside Marchand.

Later in the night, Marchand took his own turn sitting in the Cup.

Earlier in the day, Marchand, who also won the Cup with the Boston Bruins in 2011, took the trophy to a Tim Hortons drive-thru and almost ordered a Boston cream donut.

He wasn’t the only one who ate a sweet treat out of Lord Stanley; Marchand’s kids and nieces enjoyed ice cream out of the Cup.

Looks like celebrating with Stanley was much sweeter the second time around.
